New member of the four-second club, Lynk & Co’s ZERO concept production car starts dynamic testing
Lynk & Co’s first pure electric vehicle, Lynk & Co’s ZERO concept mass-produced car, is based on the SEA framework. According to the previously announced plan, the new car will be mass-produced and launched in 2021, with a battery life of 700 kilometers. Currently, the new car has started dynamic testing.
Recently, Lynk & Co’s ZERO concept mass-produced car has simultaneously started dynamic tests at the Yancheng Automobile Proving Ground of China Automobile Center, known as the “Asia’s No.
In the elk test, the Lynk & Co ZERO concept production car showed extremely precise steering. The vehicle’s directivity and tracking performance during the whole process were excellent. The top speed that passed the elk test was greater than 80km/h.
On the track, engineers will use subjective driving experience and professional equipment to test the comprehensive acceleration and braking performance of the Lynk & Co ZERO concept production car. It is reported that the 100 km acceleration time of the Lynk & Co ZERO concept production car will be less than 4 seconds.
In addition, Lynk & Co’s ZERO concept mass-produced car has a strong inherent advantage. Thanks to the vast structure of SEA, it has a 50:50 weight distribution, battery-centric, and an exclusive high-performance pure electric chassis. It not only has a low center of gravity, but also achieves 50:50 front and rear counterweight balance.
